Eliza & Makie

Eliza and Makie’s day was one I’ll be reliving forever and ever! We kicked the day off at Eliza’s family’s beach house in Atlantic Beach, NC, where she got ready surrounded by her family, shared a first look with her dad, and then was joined by her girls before heading to First Methodist Church in Morehead City for a beautiful ceremony.
From there, the celebration continued beneath a tent overlooking the water at Crystal Coast Country Club, where caviar at cocktail hour, an incredible saxophonist, and a whole lot of dancing set the tone for the evening.

Eliza and Makie were the kind of couple who made everyone around them want to celebrate. You could feel just how deeply they loved each other in every moment. Later in the night, they brought out late-night snacks and gathered their bridal party to share the bourbon they had buried for good luck and to keep the rain away - a little tradition that felt perfectly fitting for such a fun, joy-filled day. It was the kind of wedding day that felt effortless, joyful, and so completely them.
